Turning Self Sabotage Into Self Motivation

If you were on foot on the banks of the Zambezi River, slowly backing away from a trumpeting elephant, and you heard a deep growl behind you, what would you do?

Your survival, whether in the wilds of Africa or in the ‘concrete jungle’, depends on your ability to lead yourself first. It is impossible to lead others, including children, before motivating yourself first.
