Confessions of a procrastinating writer

I just came across this start of an post in the 2013 Drafts…rather ironic really!

“How long did it take you to write your book?” is a common question, but there’s no simple answer. The actually writing time was much shorter than the overall process, but I never timed myself. And how do you measure procrastination in the hope to prolong your mother’s life?  Not to forget dealing with the ‘who am I to’ fears before that?
