How are you travelling along your life path?
Limping along, knowing you have a stone in your shoe, but telling yourself it’ll work itself out, and anyway you are ‘too busy’ to stop a moment and do something to remove the pain?

9. Refuse to set goals of any kind, apart from your next meal, and focus firmly on the Past, particularly those times others wronged you. This loss of interest in the Future is particularly helpful in the aging process.
If you valued yourself more, felt happier about yourself and your life, you’d find it easier to make healthy food and drink choices, and build your body’s resistance to bugs and viruses. Less stress, less weight means more self esteem and more happiness.
My part of the presentation is talking about the mind-body connection and how underlying fears and stress impact on your ability to conceive.
